    Shifting Paradigms: Have-Do-Be vs. Be-Do-Have: Compare paradigms shaping HR. "Have-Do-Be" ties success to resources, while "Be-Do-Have" empowers through identity, actions, and outcomes.


Revolutionizing HR: Embracing a Growth-Focused Approach

In this executive-level curriculum session, we will challenge traditional HR practices and explore a growth-focused approach that embraces innovation, agility, and talent development. 

  • We'll explore moving from retention to growth-focused strategies, tapping into talent markets, and maximizing employee lifetime value.

  • Inspired by fields like product management and marketing, we'll uncover ways to improve candidate conversion, boost employee satisfaction, and build a skills-based organization.


Leveraging HR Data and AI: Unlocking Insights for Strategic Decision-Making

In this curriculum session, we will explore the vast potential of HR data and how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can revolutionize HR practices. 

  • We'll explore using data for HR professionals to understand employee lifecycles, influence sentiment, predict workforce needs, and shape career paths.

  • We'll also discuss AI's impact on HR domains like recruitment, retention, benefits, and compliance.


By leveraging data literacy and data science, we can create more avenues for inclusion in the technology industry and pave the way for a brighter future.
